We've explored Hawaii from the Big Island to Molokai, but Maui always pulls us back — and it's that love for this island that drives everything we do here. We know Maui well, and we bring that local knowledge to every stay we manage. We've owned and managed vacation properties on Maui and in the Canadian Rockies since 2014, and with over a decade of hosting experience, that shows in every detail of the guest experience we create. What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is 4 pm (HT) on the day of arrival. Check-out is 11 am (HT) on the day of departure.
Can I check-in early or check out late?
We try to accommodate reasonable requests for early check-in or late check-out, but we can only confirm 48 hours prior to your stay. We also offer flexible check-in or check-out options (subject to availability) that can be purchased 48 hours prior to your check-in or check-out dates, so you can enjoy just a little more Maui time. Ask us for more information!
Do you have WIFI at the house?
Yes, we offer high speed wireless internet. At 215 Mbps, you can take video calls and stream videos during your stay.
Can I host an event or celebration at your home?
We do not allow any events (bachelor or bachelorette, wedding rehearsals or other events) to be hosted at our home. We also have a zero tolerance policy for noise disturbances caused by guests at any time. Quiet times are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM

Jennifer’s Maui Condo is TRULY a 5 star. You will love the clean, clutter free feel. The view of the ocean from the patio while eating dinner was our favorite each evening. We aren't TV people but ended up watching the olympics each night in bed on their huge tv! The pool was peaceful and the area provided for long ocean front walks, coffee shops and restaurants. It was so nice to finally stay at a true 5 star after a few sub-par units on Kauai the week before. We loved it so much! Thank you Jennifer!

We had such a great time at this condo! It was clean, had everything we needed, and was in a perfect location. There was even a pack-and-play and a high chair in the condo for our toddler to use. We really enjoyed the pools and the beaches in walking distance.

This apartment is in a great location with walkable access to beautiful beaches with amazing sunsets. There were also two pools in the community. The apartment itself was clean and well organised, and provided ample cleaning and cooking supplies to last the stay. We would stay again!

This was our 6th stay at the Blue Hula in 3 years! We keep returning for many reasons-great location (short walk to beach, even shorter walk to the pool), it is well stocked with kitchen items, household linens & cleaning supplies, and the condo has a great assortment of beach gear. The furnishings are tasteful beach contemporary. Many awesome restaurants are easy walking distance. We are ready to book stay #7.

This condo is spacious and the perfect home base for exploring the island. We loved having the room to spread out and rest both indoors and outdoors when not at the beach or other adventures. Great spot in the complex for proximity to one of the pools and to the sunset park. Thanks for being such responsive hosts as well.

This place was absolutely perfect! So many thoughtful amenities. We even found batteries in the closet when we needed to change the batteries in a remote! Tons of fun beach stuff - chairs, umbrella, snorkels, toys, etc. The property was super clean and in an awesome location. Very quiet and private and quick access to the beach and pool. We loved this property and would come back in a heartbeat!
